    There’s no catch — we don’t take any percentage of your rent. Guests are willing to pay extra for shorter stays, and we simply collect the difference above your requested rent.
  • How do you ensure payments?
    It’s straightforward — our business generates revenue, and your rent is simply a cost of operations. In addition to our business signing the lease, we personally guarantee the rent. Your partnership is vital to us, as it's the foundation of our success. Our goal is to be the last tenant you ever need.
  • Do you market on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc.?
    We promote our properties across a variety of travel booking platforms, including Furnished Finder, Booking.com, Airbnb, Travel Nurse Housing, Corporate Housing, and more. These online travel agencies (OTAs) serve as a bridge between us and our guests. Our marketing targets corporate travelers, traveling nurses, tourists, and business professionals, using multiple channels to reach them. We ensure all guests are carefully screened through our secure processes.
  • How long are your guests staying?
    Our guests, often remote workers or contractors, may stay anywhere from 5 days to several months, depending on seasonality and availability. Many typically require stays of 2-3 months.
  • How do you ensure there are no parties? What if a party occurs?
    We take every measure to prevent parties or events at our properties and ensure they are always maintained to the highest standards. Keeping these units in perfect condition is crucial to our business, as any damage or downtime directly impacts our revenue. It also affects our reputation on booking platforms, which can result in fewer quality guests. To safeguard this, we use noise detectors to monitor activity in the units. If noise exceeds a certain threshold, our team is immediately notified and will send someone to the property to address the situation and, if necessary, ask the guest(s) to leave. While we don’t expect this to happen, any maintenance or damage will be fully handled by us. Incidents like this are extremely rare.
